We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services—this includes your name, email address, phone number, billing or shipping address (if ordering pottery), and any health or allergy notes (for sessions involving children), along with optional details such as age or guardian contact for minor participants. We do not collect financial credentials, biometric data, medical histories, or other forms of sensitive personal data unless you willingly share them (e.g. health notes), and only with your explicit consent as defined under Indian law.
